SELF INFLICTED WOUND!!!
Would you be first in line to volunteer for pain? Are you eager to get sick? Are you the kind of person that offers to get beaten for no reason??
If you have stress, you answered yes to ALL OF THE ABOVE.
No matter how hard you look, where you search, Google, Bing, or Yahoo, you can even hire a private investigator, and I promise you, you will not find stress anywhere.
•The components of anxiety, stress, fear, and anger do not exist independently of you in the world. They simply do not exist in the physical world, even though we talk about them as if they do. – Wayne Dyer .
Stress does not exist in this world. There is no JAR of stress that you can open. There is also no specific direct link between anyTHING and stress.
STRESS is the root cause behind the majority of human ailments. There is not enough room here to begin to list them. Where does this deadly monster come from? Who is it that casts it upon us? Why have they unleashed this killer on society?? NO ONE DID- WE ASKED FOR IT OURSELVES- WE ALL VOLUNTEER.
Stress is the emotional result of fear and worry. Fear and worry are negative thoughts attached to the projection of an unpleaseant outcome of some situation. In short, we negatively predict the future base on erroneous information and we are killing ourselves because of it.
There are enough OUTSIDE conditions that are eager to do away with us, such as: pollution, crime, war, hatred, chemical in our food, unsafe consumer goods, traffic hazards, etc, that we do not need to do it to ourselves.
Fear, worry, anxiety and STRESS, are a CHOICE we make. We project the worst outcome to a situation, dwell on it, and get sick. Usually the debilitating ailment we end up with is worse that the outcome we feared. But our fear will usually cause the outcome we don’t want as well.
When we can get to the place that we realize life is eternal, death is just a change of venue, and whatever occurs is just that,,,,whatever occurs, with no hard and fast meaning, then the thought of negative outcomes will not cause fear & worry. Conversely, looking on the brightside, believing in yourself, and always doing the best you can will eliminate the illusion that everything will fall apart at a moments notice.
I can say to Joe,” There is an earthquake coming” and he can cower with fear , try to run & hide, and hurt himself. I can say the same to Mary, and she can say “so-what” and go about her business. Then I can tell Bill about it, and he can thank me for the warning and intelligently prepare. There was no “STRESS CAUSING” element there. Joe was filled with it, and the other two were not. Same words delivered. So you see, we volunteer for this killer. We walk right up to his knife and say “stab me”.
No doctor can cure this for you. No police can protect you from it. We need to have faith in our choices, and believe that whatever happens we will be alright. Even if we are not, whatever the outcome, the worry and fear will only make it worse

Life is meant to enjoyed. Lighten up, it will be OK! No matter what happens, it all works out in the end. Stressing will only make it all worse. There is no one to blame for our stress. The people that create the conditions we stress about are not the cuase of how we view them, the above illustration shows that. Stress is 100% about our perspective, and our choice.
